Dr Timothy Doyle

Director, Clinical Psychologist

Working with adults and adolescents (15+) to assess and treat a wide variety of mental health difficulties, I am passionate about translating evidence-based psychological science into effective therapeutic practice and solutions.

My Approach

I am a clinical psychologist with 20 years’ experience, working with people experiencing concerns across mood and anxiety problems, substance use issues, grief, chronic pain and symptom management, ADHD, personality and coping difficulties, and work-related stress. I am passionate about translating evidence-based psychological science into effective therapeutic practice and solutions.

In addition to establishing Framework Psychology, I am the founder and Principal Psychologist of Proof of Character, an Australian leader in workplace psychological assessments.

My clinical experience includes past roles within public mental health (crisis, outpatient case management, early psychosis, and adult inpatient roles), pain clinics, academia, and in private services. I provide education sessions, lectures, and seminars on psychological assessment and its applications, including at conferences, with universities, and private training providers.

My qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Melbourne. I addition to my registration and endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, I am a board-approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia, and a current member of the Australian Psychological Society, the College of Clinical Psychologists and the Society for Personality Assessment.

I support workplaces with assesssment services for selection, leadership development, early intervention and support, and injury management (psychological fitness for work or fitness for duty).

I am an approved provider of psychological IMEs for WorkSafe Victoria and Victorian TAC, as well as providing assessments and reports for Self-Insurers, Comcare/SRC Act s36 Rehabilitation Assessments, ACT workers’ compensation second assessments, and being a health provider authorised to give evidence (NSW).
