Framework Psychology is located on Level 1 (upstairs), 830 High Street, Kew East; close to the Burke Road intersection. The clinic is easily accessible to patients from across Melbourne’s east. This includes from Abbotsford, Alphington, Balwyn, Box Hill, Bulleen, Camberwell, Canterbury, Doncaster, Eaglemont, Fairfield, Kew, Hawthorn, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Mont Albert, and Surrey Hills.

  • Tram: Tram 48 (North Balwyn-Victoria Harbour, Docklands) passes the office. Use stop #43 (Kew High School) or stop #44 (Burke Road/High Street).

  • Bus: Nearby bus routes include 200 (CBD-Bulleen), 207 (CBD-Doncaster), 548 (Cotham Road to Ivanhoe/La Trobe University), 302 (CBD-Box Hill) and 304 (CBD-Doncaster). Use stops nearest Burke Road.

  • Car: Free on-street parking is typically available. However, please note that resident and other parking restrictions can apply in several nearby streets.  Free parking for between 2-4 hours is available in the Maud Street carpark, accessible from 14 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North.

If for mobility or accessibility you require on-site parking or a ground-level ramp-accessible appointment, please call or email our office so we can arrange this.

Telehealth/online appointments are available for all clients, Australia-wide.

Referrals

No referral is required. We welcome self-referred private patients, employees referred by their workplace, and, those with referrals from their doctor.

GPs, medical specialists, and other health providers can securely share referrals and health records through these contacts.
