Standard Consultation
(Private Patients)

For private patients without a referral, our consultation fee for standard 50-minute appointments with a clinical psychologist is $267.
We continue to maintain our fees below the APS schedule (which currently suggests a fee of $311 for 46- to 60-minute consultations)
The same fees apply to both in-person and telehealth appointments.
If you hold private health insurance, contact your provider to find out if they offer part-rebates for psychological consultations.
Medicare
(Better Access/Mental Health Treatment Plan)

(eligible for clinical psychology rebate of $141.85)
You may be eligible to claim for your consultation through Medicare. After the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket ‘gap’ on our standard clinical psychology consultations is $125.15.
To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, you must be referred by your GP - or psychiatrist, paediatrician, or consultant physician - prior to your appointment.
Book an extended appointment with your GP to explore a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral. If eligible, your initial referral will be for up to 6 appointments. If required, and subject to review by your referrer, you may be able to access up to a maximum of 10 rebated individual sessions per calendar year.
Payment of the fee is still made in full at the time your appointment. If you provide your Medicare and referral details, the rebate portion of this fee ($141.85) is reimbursed to you by your Medicare claim. We can process this for you; Medicare usually refunds the rebate to your account within 24-48 hours.
Medicare
(Chronic Disease Management)
$267.00
(eligible for psychology rebate of $60.35)
Medicare benefits are available for allied health services, where patients have chronic or terminal conditions and complex care needs. Rebates are available for up to 5 appointments per calendar year (in total, across all relevant services). After the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket ‘gap’ on our standard consultations is $206.65.

If you are eligible for psychological services under a compensation or other insurance scheme, please contact us to discuss your eligibility, applicable fees/rebate, and any out-of-pocket costs.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS)
$222.99 per hour
For self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, assessment, therapy and capacity building services are provided in line with the current NDIS (VIC) pricing schedule.
All fees are payable in-full on the day of appointment. Payment by debit card or credit card is preferred.
Where eligible, Medicare or other rebates can be claimed on your behalf (Medicare rebates are typically reimbursed directly to your bank account within 24-48 hours).
Where any additional fees may apply for psychological assessments or other services, these will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Missed Appointments/Late Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment. Non-attendance or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will typically result in the full session fee being charged. Cancellation fees are not eligible for any rebate.
