Fees & Rebates

Standard Consultation
(Private Patients)

$230-280

For private patients without a referral, our consultation fees for standard 50-minute appointments are:

  • Registered Psychologist - $230

  • Clinical Psychologist - $280

We continue to maintain our fees below the APS and AAPi schedules (that recommend fees of $330 for 46- to 60-minute consultations)

The same fees apply to both in-person and telehealth appointments.

If you hold private health insurance, contact your provider to find out if your policy’s ‘extras’ cover provides rebates for psychology or mental health services.

Medicare
(Better Access/Mental Health Treatment Plan)

$230-280

You may be eligible to claim for your consultation through Medicare.

  • Registered psychologist

    • $230 standard fee, less Medicare rebate $101.55 (Psychological therapies)

  • Clinical Psychologist

    • $280 standard fee, less Medicare rebate $149.05 (Focused psychological strategies)

After the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket ‘gap’ is approximately $130 (between $128.45 - $131.05).

You may receive a higher rebate amount if your family reaches an applicable Medicare safety net threshold in any calendar year.

To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, you must be referred by your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician prior to your appointment.

Book an extended appointment with your GP to explore a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral. If eligible, your initial referral may be for up to 6 appointments. When relevant, access to rebates for additional appointments - to a maximum of 10 individual sessions per calendar year - can be enabled with re-referral.

The standard fee is paid in full at your appointment. If you provide your Medicare and referral details, we submit the Medicare rebate claim on your behalf, and Medicare typically pays the applicable benefit to your bank account within 1-2 days.

Medicare
(Chronic Health)

$230-280
Eligible for psychology rebate, $63.40

Medicare benefits are available for allied health services, where patients have chronic or terminal conditions and complex care needs. Rebates are available for up to 5 appointments per calendar year (in total, across all relevant services).

Workers’ Compensation

  • Comcare

  • WorkSafe Victoria

  • WorkCover Queensland

  • Sira NSW

If you are eligible for psychological services under a workers’ compensation scheme, please contact us to discuss your eligibility, applicable fees/rebate, and any out-of-pocket costs. Or, follow the links for more information on each scheme.

For Victorian workers’ compensation, WorkSafe Victoria pays $208.70 for a 60-minute appointment. A ‘gap’ payment therefore applies; only this difference between the rebate and our standard consultation fee is payable at your appointment. We invoice the WorkSafe Victoria insurance agent directly for their portion of the fee.

For those with accepted Comcare, SIRA NSW, WorkCover Queensland or ACT Workers’ Compensation claims, no gap is payable. Fees for standard 60-minute appointments are fully covered by your claim (up to the approved number of sessions or treatment plan).

We invoice your compensation insurer or insurance agent directly for the fee covered by your claim.

Transport Accident Commission
(TAC)

If you’ve been involved in a transport accident, Victorian TAC can help in covering the cost of mental health services relating to your accident.

TAC psychology services will be available free (no gap payable) with our registered psychologists. A $30 gap or out-of-pocket expense will apply to TAC-supported appointments with our clinical psychologists.

We take care of invoicing TAC for their portion of fees.

National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS)

NDIS Pricing Limits 2026-27: $252.99 per hour

For self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, assessment, therapy and capacity building services with generally registered psychologists are provided in line with the current NDIS pricing schedule; no ‘gap’ fee is payable beyond the schedule rate.

A gap of $27.01 is payable for sessions with our endorsed clinical psychologists; the difference between our standard fee of $280 and the NDIS price limit of $252.99.

While subject to change, listed fee and rebate details are correct at 1 July 2026, and are expected to be correct to 30 June 2027.

All fees are payable in-full on the day of appointment. Payment by debit or credit card is preferred, or by electronic funds transfer (EFT). We do not accept cash payments.

Where eligible, Medicare or other rebate claims can be submitted on your behalf (Medicare rebates are typically reimbursed directly to your bank account within 24-48 hours).

Where any additional fees may apply for psychological assessments or other services, these will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Missed Appointments/Late Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment. Non-attendance or cancellation within <1 business day of scheduled appointments will typically result in the full session fee being charged. Cancellation fees are not eligible for rebates from private insurers, Medicare, workers’ compensation schemes, or TAC. In person appointments may be changed to telehealth appointments, as required.
