Experience & Services

‍Julianne leads Framework Psychology’s workplace services, supporting organisations to better understand people, strengthen leadership, and respond effectively to complex workplace, governance and wellbeing challenges.

Julianne supports employers and leaders with practical, evidence-informed consulting and advisory support, across psychosocial health and safety, manager support and coaching, leadership and team development, injury management, and workplace change. Her approach is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative - helping workplaces to clarify what matters, make sound decisions, support their people, and build the conditions for sustainable performance and wellbeing.

She has particular depth in working with non-profit and public sector organisations - across health, disability, community service and other social purpose sectors - where strong governance, sustainable leadership and psychologically healthy workplaces are central to organisational impact. Her career has included executive roles and non-executive directorships, in international and community development, aged care and disability services, banking and financial services, management and economic consulting, giving her a broad commercial, social, and organisational lens.‍

Julianne holds qualifications in economics, organisation studies, and finance, and continues to undertake further study in psychology. She maintains professional memberships with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute, the Australian HR Institute and the Australian Psychological Society.
