Services

Our clinical psychologists provide in-person services in Melbourne, and telehealth services to clients around Australia.

Our individual therapy services focus on adults and adolescents (15+), who may be experiencing a variety of life challenges and stresses, mental health concerns, or mental illness.

Our therapists apply a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

The benefits of psychotherapy can include the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, improved mental health, better coping skills, increased self-awareness, improved relationships, and enhanced quality of life.

Our patients include those experiencing concerns with their mood or depression, anxiety, anger management, behaviours, pain, coping, substance abuse, workplace stress or conflict, substance abuse, and ADHD.

Clinical Assessment

Our clinical team provide assessment services that can evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning through methods including interviews, standardised tests, and observation.

These assessments can help identify strengths and weaknesses, diagnose mental health disorders, and understand your unique personality and patterns of behaviour. The results of these assessments can be used to inform therapeutic interventions, guide treatment planning, and monitor progress over time.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

We offer comprehensive assessment services for adult ADHD.

Assessments typically involve a detailed interview process and the use of standardised rating scales (over 4-6 sessions). Assessments evaluate your attentional capacity, functioning, and behavioral patterns to determine if they meet ADHD diagnostic criteria. Our psychologists provide recommendations for treatment strategies and interventions based on your specific needs and circumstances.

Employee Assistance (EAP) and
Early Intervention

We work with Australian workplaces of all sizes to help support employee access to psychology services. These include EAP services for individual therapy, early intervention assessment and treatment, manager support, wellbeing checks, and fitness for work assessments.

These services are all provided by registered psychologists. We welcome enquiries from employers as to how we can help support your team.

Staff may schedule services directly and confidentially. If you work for one of our client businesses, please don’t hesitate to contact us to clarify details of services available to you.
