Our Services
Psychotherapy
Our clinical therapy services focus on adults and adolescents (16+) experiencing a variety of mental health issues or life challenges.
Our therapist apply a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
The benefits of psychotherapy can include the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, improved mental health, better coping skills, increased self-awareness, improved relationships, and enhanced quality of life.
Clinical Assessment
Our clinical team provide assessment services that can evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning through methods including interviews, standardised tests, and observation.
These assessments can help identify strengths and weaknesses, diagnose mental health disorders, and understand your unique personality and patterns of behaviour. The results of these assessments can be used to inform therapeutic interventions, guide treatment planning, and monitor progress over time.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
We offer comprehensive assessment services for adult ADHD.
Assessments typically involve a detailed interview process and the use of standardised rating scales (over 4-6 sessions). Assessments evaluate your attentional capacity, functioning, and behavioral patterns to determine if they meet ADHD diagnostic criteria. Our psychologists provide recommendations for treatment strategies and interventions based on your specific needs and circumstances.
Fees
Standard Consultation
(Private Patients)
$267.00
For private patients without a referral, our consultation fee for standard 50-minute appointments is $267.
We continue to maintain our fees below the APS schedule (which currently suggests a fee of $311 for 46- to 60-minute consultations).
The same fees apply to both in-person and telehealth appointments.
If you hold private health insurance, contact your provider to find out if your policy offers part-rebates for psychological consultations.
Medicare
(Mental Health Treatment Plan)
$267.00 (less rebate of $141.85)
You may be eligible to claim for your consultation through Medicare. After the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket ‘gap’ on our standard clinical psychology consultations is $125.15.
To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, you must be referred by your GP - or psychiatrist or consultant physician - prior to your appointment.
Book an extended appointment with your GP to explore a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral. If eligible, your initial referral will be for up to 6 appointments. If required, and subject to review by your referrer, you may be able to access up to a maximum of 10 rebated individual sessions per calendar year.
Payment of the private fee is still made in full after your appointment. If you provide your Medicare and referral details, part of this fee ($141.85) is then rebated through your Medicare claim. We can process this for you; Medicare usually refunds the rebate to your account within 24-48 hours.
Medicare
(Chronic Disease Management)
$267.00 (less rebate of $60.35)
Medicare benefits are available for allied health services, where patients have chronic or terminal conditions and complex care needs. Rebates are available for up to 5 appointments per calendar year (in total, across all relevant services). After the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket ‘gap’ on our standard consultations is $206.65.
Compensation Schemes

If you are eligible for psychological services under a compensation or other insurance scheme, please contact us to discuss your eligibility, applicable fees/rebate, and any out-of-pocket costs.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS)
$222.99 per hour (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT)
For self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, assessment, therapy and capacity building services are provided in line with the current NDIS pricing schedule.
